Boix Maquinaria SL takes 50% stake in Boix Europe B.V.
‘Joint Venture logical step in growth strategy for both companies'

On June 30, 2010 the boards of Boix Maquinaria SL and Gremio Vitalis B.V. have reached agreement about the participation of Boix Maquinaria SL in the share capital of Boix Europe B.V. Boix Maquinaria SL is the world leading manufacturer of high quality erecting machines for forming and gluing both corrugated and solid board, Boix Europe B.V. is the main dealer in Europe.

The participation of Boix Maquinaria SL in Boix Europe B.V. is part of the growth strategy of both producer and dealer. Through closer cooperation in innovation, knowledge and custom solutions, the added value that Boix machines offer to their customers will be further improved.

At Boix Europe B.V. 14 employees are involved. The number of employees will increase steadily in the coming years. The management of Boix Europe B.V. remains unchanged.
